How do I get started?

Download Altrevite from the App Store or visit altrevite.com. Create an account, choose a country and character, and start simulating a life.

What are credits and how do I use them?

Credits power AI simulation. Each time slot you simulate costs 1 credit. You can purchase credit packs from inside the app via In-App Purchase.

My purchase did not go through — what do I do?

On iOS, check your purchase history in the Apple ID settings (Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases → Purchase History). On Android, check your Google Play order history. If the charge appears but credits are missing, contact us at support@altrevite.com with a copy of your receipt.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple — visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google — visit play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory. For any other issue, email us at support@altrevite.com.

How do I delete my account and data?

On the mobile app, go to the Profile tab and tap "Delete account" at the bottom. On the web, go to altrevite.com/settings and scroll to "Delete Account". This permanently removes your account and all associated data.

Which languages are supported?

The interface is available in Italian and English. AI narration supports 15 languages: Italian, English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hindi, Russian, Turkish, Polish, and Dutch.
