This year, at three, I'm learning that home in Lagos is a warm hug against the world's loud rumblings. Even when Mama Grace tightens her hold, Baba Babajide’s voice is my shield, and my siblings show me how to be brave and curious all at once. I'm discovering that I can reach for comfort, not just wait for it, and that our family's strength is a beautiful song I'm starting to sing along to.
